chalice likes alot of light and doesn't grow that high---can you not have the acros on the same rock but above it--long as the acros are not touching

What kind of lights do you have??
I keep mine on the bottom. Under DE 250 HQI's. Growing great!

This is a good question. I have a large one that gets a lot of light and has great color, but never grows or displays much tissue inflation. I just got a new frag today from a store that has them in low flow and under relatively dim VHO fourescents and they looked great. I'm considering putting mine at the bottom in lower light and flow to see what happens to it.

I have mine in a vertical placement mid-tank & only have PC as for lighting....going on 3 months, there is new growth, but slow. Healthy as can be!
