How often should I feed My BubbleTip Anemone ?? I gave him a small shrimp & he seemed to like it. I have been told to feed him once a week & been told 2 times a week. What is correct.

This guy will feed almost everyday and will grow outta control fast. You can help control its growth from amount you feed. I feed mine 1 time weekly.1/2 a raw shrimp and as it grew i adjusted amount.

Some things have to be experianced by trail and error ,but some things are better learned from others mistakes.

3X per week to 1X per week is how often you should feed it.

I prefer to feed mine mysis. The small particles are much easier to digest than chunks of shrimp.

My LFS has these great packs of frozen cubes which are great. I soak the cube in garlic and vitamins add a little water from the tank and squirt the juice with the mysis shrimp right down near the tenticles

mysis shrimp can be bought at the lfs in frozen cubes

I feed mine very finely chopped pieces of shrimp, scallop, clam, squid, or whatever the grocery store has on sale at the time. I just chop it really finely, and then squirt it into the tentacles with a turkey baster.

I've used uncooked shrimp and scallops from the grocery store. They've been well received!

i bought frozen silversides from the LFS. mine seems to like them. i just have to cut them down to a manageable size. I used to cut up scallops from the grocery store.

They actually mainly feed thru photosynthesis. Adequate lighting will keep them happy. These other feedings are supplemental.

I didn't feed mine for about a year, they looked fine, very good in fact. Nice color, all bubbled out.
