these are not a good tank inhabitant. there survival rate in aquariums is dismal, i have heard of a few people keeping them for almost a year but most dont last more than a month or two.

I've had mine for ~4 months. We spot feed frozen mysis every couple of days, with occassional small pieces of clam or silverside, and also cyclopeez. It also filter feeds on its own, splaying its arms out at the surface. Likes to hide in the calurpa and outflow grating. I think the biggest problem is probably when people feed them nothing but brine or nothing at all! Not the best diet for any creature.
