Fauna Marin automatical Zeo Filter
Hi
Our latest product is now available , more pictures and Videos soon
http://www.faunamarin.de/downloads/Zoematic_auto.zip
The Fauna Marin Zeomatic incl. following things
A complete Ultralithfilter with plunge, complete build in Acrylic
and it can be run also under pressure.
It is for internal or external use
The Zeomatic included
Ultralith Start Set , complete with 2 Liter Ultralith and the complete Basic System.
Ultralith Filter Zeomatic with new version aquabee 2000 pump and
Flowcontrol with underwater outlet
A special air valve and silicone hose
A strong quality pressure Air Pump with flow control
A time clock to control the cleaning times
We give the system to the international patent office
So you can let the Filter cleaned by self
Every 7 - 14 days you shake one oder two times with the Plunge then in can run again this time.
The airbubbles take the bacteria film from the rocks and cleaned them very
fast.
The Airpump on the Video is a smaller one that we use in the market version
but it works also good enough

So Scott....
I think you should let me field test this unit for you....
After all it would look nice by the custom sump you built me and all of the other equipment I have gotten from you.

Hi
The Video that you see here is an older one with an prototype
Version. Thats also the reason why it seems that the stones will not "move" during the shaking.
In the official Version the Airpump is stronger and
the Zeolith moves more

So, how much media do these hold? Could the be used for Seachem Matrix rather than zeo? Do you have a cost yet?
ReefRockerLive
04/17/2008, 06:37 PM
snorvich, while SeaChem's Matrix is also a zeolite, it differs from FM's UltraLith. There are many different kinds of zeolites in the world and FM is using very specific zeolites from their system. You can try it, but I wouldn't recommend doing it.

Oh, I know they are different. I was just wondering if the reactor to move the media/rocks would work. This was in conjunction with a dosing of vodka, sugar, vinegar.

Anyone still using these?
AquariumSpecialty
02/10/2011, 03:20 PM
We don't carry Fauna Marin anymore. When we did carry them we decided not to carry these because the construction was not up to par vs. the cost. If you are looking for a ZEO reactor I would look at the Vertex or KZ reactors on our website.
