About 2 weeks ago I finally caught the damsel that was picking on my firefish and have moved him to the qt tank... but now all my fish constantly hide when someone is in the room.. If I stay on my computer long enough they'll come out.. atleast the firefish will but my LMB rarely ever comes out of hiding, and I've seen the YWG maybe twice in 2 weeks. When they are out and swimming around they seem fine, and no one is getting picked on.. but If I move too much they all hide again.
This has been going on since I caught the damsel, will it just take time for them to start coming out again or is there something else that could be going on?

IMO get rid of the damsel now --they become bullies --they are best kept together in their own tank

Once the fish are convinced that there is no threat, they should start to come out more.

good point Mavrk--that happens everytime now when I add new fish--they disappear for three days and gradually come out again at feeding-- but hanging near the rocks--before you know it they are right up with the big guys(three tangs) going at the food

UTTAngel: Which UT is that? I was UNT! Did I count 3 FF in all - 2 (red) and 1 purple? IMO, everyone will settle down and come out more again as more time passes.
