Late yesterday afternoon I decided to make another purchase from Austin Aqua Farms since my first order was such a success. It was almost the cut off time to place the order so I phoned to speak with Matt and see if I still had time before he had to head to the airport.
I, as usual was undecided on exaclty what to get but finally I made up my mind which Aussie Acan Colony to get this time and a frag (of something that he had to quickly frag for shipment).
Of course when time is short something has to go a little wrong, my credit card company had put a hold on my card and the charge was declined. Matt phoned me to let me know and waited to head to the airport so I could clear up the credit issue.
I definitely had to receive my shipment by 1030am MST today since I had to head to the airport shortly after for business.
Just before 1030 the truck arrived with my shipment, water warm (eventhough it was snowing again last night and this morning in CO), the coral all healthy and the colors once again MUCH better than the PICTURES on the site.
I even got a phone call from Matt at 1030am to make sure my shipment was there and I was able to keep to my schedule. "a very nice personal touch".
Not only do they care about their livestock but that showed me that I'm not just another internet customer, but just as any customer that would be a regular in a shop community.
Thanks again to Matt and Austin Aqua Farms, that extra call ment a lot and I will certainly be purchasing many more colonies and frags from you in the very near future.
