Hi Guys,
I saw an AnthonyCalfo article that recommended Red Gracilaria Algae. I want to add it to my display tank for my tang.
Does any Long Islander have any that I can purchase it or if a LFS has it, can you please let me know?
Thank you,

yea every year I take some from the bays and feed my tang, but I have trouble growing it in my fuge...probably because my lighting in there isn't strong enough..

Mike,
Do you dose any iron? If it is like other local algae, it needs a fair amount of iron to keep it going.

no I don't Joe..thats probably a big contributing factor too, but able to grow an assortment of other algaes......I'm not big on dosing stuff...just more things to keep track of...
