Clove polyps not opening.

I bought a three polyp frag of clove polyps 1 week ago. When I bought them they were not very colorful and had a grayish blue apearance, I thought they would brighten up when they were settled in my tank. They have never really fully opened and yesterday I noticed some small, bright white flecks on one of the polyps. Today that polyp has not opened and the other two have opened less than usual. I have a 4 gallon tank with 2 18w dual daylight and actinic bulbs. Clavularia are 9" below light. Too bright?

Cloves seems to stress easily, I would just let them sit at the bottom of your tank with good flow for another week. They should come around.
