Like the subject says. I have a male 3.5" peacock mantis shrimp up for sale. I know this not the the right forum to sell live stock. But I know that this is the forum of people that love mantis shrimp.

I have to get rid of him due to, to many problems with temp in my nano tank. right now I have him sectioned off in my community tank. I will give the new owner a package of silversides, krill, his 1.5" pvc home, and 2" pvc pipe and fittings for when he gets bigger. I am asking $40 and will not ship. Due to no experience in shipping a live animal. I will however be willing to drive up to 45 min to an hour to meet half way if you would like. Here are some pictures of this great little mantis.

Like I said I do not want to ship him. I have never shipped any type of live stock before and don't know what what it entails. Right now up here in northern Illinois It is been very cold. Taoday has been the warmest in the last week. Today was probably in the upper 30's, and this past week was in the single digits. Sorry, wish you were closer.

I see on some pics a beginning shell disease.

Since I have had him in my tank it has not progressed any further if it is shell disease. When he does molt I believe deep down it will be the last of it. I have had him over a month and I am not sure how long he was at the lfs under direct light. He is healthy, happy, and in search of a new home.
