Just wondering if any one uses central heating pumps over there, because i've heard that they are silent running.... If so what brand do you use... if not can you recomend a silent pupm for a 3000 - 6000lph return....

well i see alot of you with green metle pumps plumbed to the tank. and i presumed they were heating pumps...... just the thing is i was told to look in america for the pumps plus any kit's you could buy to make them saltwater safe

What?? No they are not heating pumps. They are water pumps. They are designed for pumping fresh and salt water. They are special pumps designed for the purpose of aquariums. No saltwater kit needed to make them safe. Just look online at sites like marinedepot.com and you can find more info.
