Questions re: powerheads

Ok so I have a 48" 55g mixed tank with a 15g sump. The Sump moves about 250GPH and I have 2 MJ 1200s in the tank. I am not sure I have enought flow in the system, but I am worried that the Sure flow mods to the MJs will make my tank a sandstorm. So to make a long story short, what do people think about the Koralia 3s. Seems like they have a better water stream and each one moves 850GPH. I looked at the Tunze Nanos, but they are 2x the cost.

I run the 2's in my 120, 3's blew my softies around too much. Plus you are already getting 10x flow just from your sump.
