quick filter sock question

my aqua c ev240 is spewing out micro bubbles
will a filter sock on the skimmer output contain them? or will they go through the sock?

filter sock on the sump and filter sock on my 240.
no bubbles.
without the sock on my 240 I dont have a bubble issue, but run it to filter "stuff" ;-)

changed twice a week and we are good to go.

Give it a try, my filter sock handles my bubble issues.

100 micron gets all of the microbubbles for me. I have about 900 GPH through my 20 gallon sump and the dual drain lines dump into a single 6" x 20" L 100 micron sock. Skimmer output dumps into another. They get all the microbubbles. They are the "felt" (polyester felt I think) socks, not the monofilament mesh or other mesh type.
