Foam and Liverock tanks forums where are they?

I am starting a niew tank for my octopus and i cant seem to find the forum that i read a week of so back that explained which products for the foam and epoxy to use. I am pretty sure that the regular "great stuff" foam is fine but which epoxy found at Lowes or home depot is best to gule the rubble and sand into.
