Strange Behavior

My male ocellaris clown is putting my frilly mushroon and hammer coral in his mouth and hanging on to it for about 15-30 seconds. It doesn't seem to hurt the corals but is this normal behavior for a clown. I think it is rather odd.

Is he hosting it like an anemone???

He could be hosting, but I didn't think that hosting would involve biting and just kinda hanging off it. The female I have does host in some frogspawn I have and she doesn't bite the hammer or frilly mushroom like the male does.

I've seen my true perc bite one of the tentacles of my anemone but she did not rip it off. Often, I see her slapping the anemone with her tail when the anemone gets too cozy (probably trying to eat her).
