Lighting for mushrooms

i have the 24 gl. jbj nano i put the 150 w Outer Orbit Pendent 14,000k light on it. i love mushrooms so i got piece that has some marble shrooms on it. do you guys think this is too much light or just fine? also how much flow do people with shrooms have in your tanks? i know they dont like a ton of flow but will it hurt them if there is too much?

I am assuming that the Outer Orbit is a new fixture. If true, you need to light acclimate the mushrooms. Further, I would recommend placing them on the substrate. I have all of my rics and shrooms in a high flow area and they seem to be very happy.
