my fuzzy mushroom rock I got for twenty five dollars. I have it in my 75 gallon tank. I have a current extreme pro t-5 x 6 bulb light. My water params are good although I know its a young tank,3 months old. My question is, from the look of the mushrooms, and the lighting I have do you think I am exposing them to too much light? I have had them only a week so they havent really changed appearance since I got them. The mushrooms are currently a little over halfway down to the bottom of the tank. Too much light? Place them on the sand in a shaded place and slowly over the next weeks bring them out and move them up. I would say that your fixture is much, much more intense than the lighting that it was under at the lfs.

move down and those aren't the most stable for a new tank, How long in LFS, stress from shipping, moveing and new tank not good factors
