Hydor's contact

Hi all,

My Koralia 3's swinging arm broke when i was trying to move it in the tank today.

I am trying to contact them to get a replacement since it's still under warranty but don't have any luck finding their contact. Can someone lend a hand?

Sent them an email using the "contact us" form, no reply at all. Anyone have any idea how long it takes usually?

Hi just send them an email this is the email i use and i always get a Response back with in an hour or 2 hydor.usa@hydor.com
