a/c jr ph prode calibrate

hi,,i calibrate ph prode in 7.0 fluid jar and its settling at 7.75 low
and in 9.0 fluid jar and its settling at 9.80
is that something wrong here?/
this a,.j i have is afew month old,,,how long its usually take to replace new ph probe?
i got it from neptunesystem.com...right here,,let me know please thanks

The readings during the calibration process do not relate to the value of the solutions.

Calibrate the probe per instructions and once the calibration has completed you can place the probe into the different solutions and it should read correct.

ohh ok,,i though it have to match the solution?? like the solution is 7.0 ,,so the reading is need to match that,,but i guess was wrong thanks
also i lost my manual so where is online or somewhere i can get one,,thanks
