It is a pleasure to deal with Tunze.
I have a TS24 stream kit and 2 of the magnet holders broke where the pump attaches to the magnets.
Called Tunze and spoke with Roger and he said send them back and will replace. Sent them in and had replacements all within a week. I have 2 waveboxes and 4 6100's and have been more than pleased with all of them. Service that is provided is just iceing on the cake.
