In my unprofessional opinion, those are Orchestia agilis, or sand fleas. Could be wrong though.

It also depends on their movement and habits. They look like they're eating algae which should almost immediately disqualify them.

they seem to swim backwards, and they are pretty agressive toward eachother. they swim super fast.
