I currently dose 2 part but just got a Geo 618 Kalc reactor. I'm thinking in the long run I may end up with both a Kalc and Ca reactor but want to try running a bit with just the Kalc.

I want to have more control on dose volume the just hooking it up to my auto top off. I leaning toward a drip system with a fixed volume that I can fill daily at programmed times. I did not want to invest in a dosing pump and wanted to make sure I had some redundancy in the system for those “just in case”, but always seem to happen moments.

I sketched up a couple concepts but can’t post them from work. I posted them the other day on my build log but haven’t got any feedback on it so decided to repost here instead. Here’s a link to my build log if you want to take a look at what I’m thinking about doing.

Or, if you know of any other controlled methods used for dosing that have some redundancy protection built in to help prevent overdosing, please let me know about them.

Thanks
