i just started a 10 gallon FO (at the moment) and i have NO lighting on it i put about 1-2 heads of my candy cane coral in it, and am checking to see if it's going to be alright.
is there any other corals that might do ok in there? i was thinking maybe some shrooms, a xenia, or some other soft corals.

shrooms will probably be fine but most other corals will appreciate a little more light.

NO, normal output.
standard floros.
i might get PC but i really REALLY don't want to spend the money, i was planning on getting a BSJ but the only ones in my area are about $150

you are going to spend more money on corals than it would cost for a cheap pc setup. I suggest saving a bot getting the pcs than adding softies and actually enjoying them because they will grow for you. You may be able to have them under the NO but they will not grow foe you.

What kind of T5's? How many? Individual Reflectors?

depends on if they have individual reflectors. I had 4 24w on my 29 w/o ind. reflectors and I couldn't even keep monti caps. but others with the same amount of light and have individual reflectors can keep caps, acros, milles etc.

I had candy cane, gsp, kenya tree, 'shroooms, and anthelia all under NO lighting. Of course... the T5's will be nicer. :)
