Flame passing

I had a flame angel for the last year. Very healthy. Abruptly died yesterday. Can't figure it out. All levels were good and behavior was fine. Saw him yesterday on his side on the sand and barely breathing, then gone.

Any ideas? I am chaulking this up to the unknown at this point.

Is there anything wierd about him or any other of the fish? What other fish do you have in your tank?

What other fish do you have in the tank? Have you added or changed anything in your tank? There is a posibility that the fish may have got an internal parasite. It happened with one of my fish years ago. I know that most LFS's can disect them to check for a cause. Hope this helps.
