Pregnant Pom Pom crab?

I'll have to start by appologizing for my crude photo taking abilities. I have a pom pom crab in my 45g tank and recently showed up w/ a clutch of red stuff on its underside. The thing that baffles me is, it's the only pom pom I have in there. Will females just make eggs that are unfertilized? Here's my crappy pics:

Yup, those are eggs its holding. There is actually a thread about this, I forgot who made it though.
