Hi

I would like to add 5 tricolor anthias. I am wondering if it is a good idea because it seems that the anthias are easily scared and hard to feed. I have 2 adult naso tangs (7 inches) and 9 blue/green chromis that create a LOT of action when it is feeding time. Should i forget anthias or is it possible to add those fishes?
Thank you

Yves B

I just added 6 last week...beautiful fish.

They're all eating like pigs and swim out in the open all the time. They're all females at this time.

In addition to that I have 3 tangs in the tank that also eat like pigs..one blue, one purple and one yellow. My other fish are lyretail hogfish, firefish, Redheaded Fairy Wrasse, Blue jaw fish and Sand sifter goby.

Make sure they're eating fine before you get them and that none are shy or hiding.

I have 6 Bartlett's in my 100, with a blue tang, 5 chromis, a watchman, and six line. The Bartlett's, defineatly make the tank more colorful and are beautiful fish. They began to eat right away. A big reason why I got these anthis over others because they easily adapt to captivity, they school with my chromis.
