Ordered 10 days ago, emailed them once and called them twice. Still waiting on a return email or a return call or a tracking number or any information on when if at all I should expect to receive my order. They were very friendly on the phone but did not call back like I was told nor email me a tracking number. I'm not getting that warm fuzzy feeling about my first time order with them.

Hi,
We do not have any pending emails in our system. Even with spam filters set to min. some emails are being intercepted and directed straight to spam folder.
Please call at 847-582-1026. We are open until 7PM central time.

I called and once again very polite and seemingly willing to help. Told it should be arriving shortly, shipped overnight, waiting on a tracking number.

Still no package, still no tracking number.

Received my package late last week along with a full refund. Not sure why there was such a delay but they were polite and I feel they came up with a satisfactory resolution. At no time did I ask for a discount or refund, but they did the right thing on their own. I would be willing to give them another try when I need something.
