I have a 29g fairly new tank set up with LR, 1 false Percula, 1 Bluefin Damsel, Firefish Goby, 1" bubble anemone, and 1 Condy Anemone. Equipment is AC110/ Coralife 60 needle wheel skimmer/ Coralife 30" dual strip 130wt light/ Stealth 150wt heater.

I have a small adjustable flow rate power head that is rated at 90gph max along with a Woods digital timer. The timer is programmable with up to 8 on/off events. What would you guys recommend for a decent on/off cycle for the day. What would you program for this tank. Another 20lb of live rock is near cured and will be going in soon.

Any other recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

in my opinion, the powerheads should be on all the time..... the ocean does not have an "off" button at night.

Besides, a 29 G tank should have about about 450 GPH, to reach a 15x turnover in your tank (20x minimumis recommended for a reef tank), so your 90 GPH powerhead will probably not do much in your tank. I would leave it on full all the time. my opinion only
