Marroon clown swims vertical and seems to keep going to surface

i just added my maroon clown yesterday.. he seems to swim vertically alot.. why!!?

not eating too.. and some white spots, not looking like ick though..

ok, so thats a sign of DEATH arriving... he passed away when i got home from work.. i just want to document it that if a fish swims vertically most of the time, death is coming.. sux he was a beautiful fish.. sigh
