Yay! Magnifica ate today!!!

Just had to share. My Magnifica ate for the first time today. Have tried many times before (have had it for 2 weeks, I think), but the stupid clowns keep stealing his food. Today he said "enough is enough" and closed up real fast on it.

Looks very happy now. After I pick up my new digital camera tomorrow, I'll post some pics.

Still kind of wish I had waited and had gotten a brighter specimen, but would have had to order online and who knows if it would have survived shipping. At least mine's healthy and seemingly happy.

Glad to hear it ate. Sometimes it takes a little while for H. magnifica to get acclimated enough to eat. Always a good sign when they get their appetite back.

Yep, I was thrilled!

Am picking up camera tomorrow and will post pics ASAP.

I have one pair of onyx clowns and one pair of pink skunks (but they host LTA).
