I was more inclined to give you a compliment on your English actually than an ID  Living in suburbia Im still taken back at the language that gets passed around as the norm.. Besides, your english owns my french any day of the week francois ;)

The good thing about your lovely coral is that it is fairly disitinct visually with it's coralite structure and will be easier to at least narrow down to a top 5 ;)

Check this sight if you havent already and get your favorite esspresso, it's gonna be a while goin through this stuff :D

Although it predominantly looks like a faviid, do look through various mussids as there is so many that look similar even down to the genus let alone specie.

Thanks Justin

effectively, I've look the mussidae and it could be Acanthastrea regularis.
but i'm disturbed by the fact that it never extend feeding tentacles. Even if when I put some magnesium, others LPS extend tentacles but it never :(
now the coral is more beautifull with orange center.

If you continually feed at a certain point in the day when the lights are on, tends to help insight a display of tenticles durring the day. I havent met a LPS that doesnt for mysid :)

Could very well be a A. regularis, or very quite possibly a A. faviaformis, and also looks similar to the middle picture under Favia speciosa as well. The acans are distinctual in that their septa shaping their colalites are like a serated knife's edge.

Would love to see some update shots soon when you get a chance :)

Hy,

it's a today's shot. It has changed, most colored and healthy.

I'm feeding with artemia, misys, krill, but never seen any tentacles. I'm feeding twice a week with reef roids and with coral v power. Goniopora, Lobophyllia, Caulastrea and Trachyphyllia are all extending many tentacles and feeding krill with pleasure (and fungia and duncanopsammia too).

I wouldnt sweat it. You know my chalice use to send out 3" sweepers and always displayed his tenticles, but the bigger he got, the less frequent and ultimately stoped, and they would just barely bead out with there tips but never more than that. We can only speculate why, if everything else is dialed in and in order. Possibly photosynthesis is plenty for it right now and may not have the need to manually feed. But that piece is starting to look alot like Tyree's montastrea he has on his sight.. Check this out:

effectively, it seems looking like the shot you've posted.
i'm lighting with 150 W Halids and 114 W T5+T8 (4 T5 and one T8) for 160 liters. It could explain that photosynthesis is plenty for coral's needs. I like feeding LPS because they are growning speeder and it's such a beautifull "artistic" show.
