Have 8" Sebae now doing very well in my 72, rarely moves more then 6 inches in any direction. Can I put a Carpet on other end of tank? Tank has been set-up for over 12 years, have other corals on shelf away from any possible stinging. Running 250 w MH 10k lighting with VHO supplementation.

You're going to get different opinions on this, but I personally would not put a carpet and a sebae in a 72 gallon tank.

neither would I... sorry. I know your sebae is small but they get pretty large. I have a 65 and mine takes a big chunk of the tank!

These two lived together for a long time until one of the lights went out and I had to move the H. Crispa to where it is in the pic. Before I could get the light fixed and the H. Crispa moved back to the other side of the tank, disaster struck. I came home from work to find the H. Crispa upside down on top of the Haddoni. The next day I had to remove the H.Crispa. I still have the Haddoni today. I guess the moral of my story is that yes it can be done, but you have to make sure there is absolutely no way they can come into contact with each other. If you do it I hope you have better luck than I did.
