Will these ballasts work for me?

Curious if anyone can tell me if these ballasts will fire 2 24 watt Compact Flourescent bulbs?

No, It is for 50 & 55watt lamps.

I thought I read that a ballast will fire any bulb up to the wattage they are rated for?

I don't believe ballast work like that. Might over drive it. Not sure. I would not do it personally.
