Looks like baby brittle starfish. Harmless

they're just miniature brittle stars, harmless filter feeders and found in lots of live rock.

yep, mini brittle stars. Cool little guys. they are fun to take a piece of food and let them grab it out of your hand. Sometimes, I will let it grab my finger. It is kinda funny......
