Snail ID?

I found this in my QT. It looks like a cowrie type shell with a split along the bottom and it has little legs that poke out. At first I thought it was baby crabs but I don't know.
The photo in the green tube also shows copepods for reference. The other photo is where I removed him and zoomed in.

It looks like a clam with legs coming out of it that move fairly quick, not undulating like a shimps gills but like a crab. I wonder if it's a larve clam?

It is an ostracode - they are very cool - I recently found them in my main tank and refugium.
