I just bought a TLF lastnight and it is only juggling the media on one side. Is that normal??

Hi refer,

That does happen. It may not be hanging level or the plate on the bottom inside may not be sitting right. Try to increase the flow with the regulator a bit and see if that stirs it up.

The media should be gently tumbling on the top layer. Only problem if the media is tumbling on one side is the rest of the media could get stagnant and possibly harden if left to long.
