View Full Version : No response in fish disease forum, can you please help? Pictures included
I noticed this on one of my female lyretail anthias. Does anybody have any idea what it is and what to do?
Is it some kind of bacterial disease?

It looks like it may be a normal coloration. It doesnt look like any type of disease. It also looks like its flush with the body.

just keep a close eye on it. It might be from being stung by a coral. If you're concerned about it, QT her and treat her with antibiotics

get some bio bandage and put it on there
Alright, I will keep a close eye on her. I noticed it a couple days ago but it was not very noticable until I looked today and saw how much it changed. That is when I took the pictures.
It looks flush to the body but I don't think it is normal colorisation since it got a lot bigger in a couple days time.
