ASM G4+ Skimmer

I just bought one of these ASM G4+ skimmers for an 80 gal frag tank. I realize it's probably overkill, but can anyone suggest something as good for a little less money? im wanting to do another tank to aquaculture some sps.

To be honest I just modded one of the G4s don't know which one. Without the mods it was a very poor performer. DAS which I have gotten to like very much makes the DAS EX1 which is great about $280 I believe. That'd be plenty for your 80 gallon frag tank.

Not yet was thinking about it though. I would like to get an airflow meter first and also drill out the volute a bit. FWI the less expensive asm uniseals are much easier to work with than the good ones! Have fun.
