That's great news for them to possibly consider making their pumps, Profilux controllable! Can't wait to see what they'll say next! :D

If you were willing to modify (http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1207596) your Vortech, I believe you could control it today from your Profilux.

This thread (http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1233800) has info on modding the wireless version.

OK now I am going to be the Mr Negative!

If this is attempted the warranty on your ProfiLux will suddenly self combust, probably at the same time your profilux unit also does.

I am sure Ecotech will say exactly the same thing.

I am sorry also i can not comment on the above announcement either.

If we have any news regarding a jointly certified interface between the two parties equipment we will let you know, but at present there is no further information to provide.

We appreciate everyones great interest in this, but we stand by what we said earlier.

DIY attempts are ignitor fuel for any warranty.

That's too much modding for my blood! I'll wait for GHL and EcoTech Marine to come up with something. Besides, I don't need a smoking Profilux. :)

There is equal demand for both to be controlled we have found.

But as I said earlier, we will let you know more when we know more.
