1: how long should it take to clear up after its full with a little sand and full of water ?
2: after seeing the thread about the tank bowing, i noticed that my tank isnt down on all for edges, it doesnt look uneven, but 1 of the corners isnt completley touching the stand, so i think i should move it so it is just on 1 stand, but im not sure if the stand will hold it, what should i do?
(i have 2 stands, and it is in the middle of both)\
thanks

1. Maybe a few days or so.
2. I'd get a stand for the tank. The current setup could result in a tank collapse.

is the tank brand new or used? If possible still I would check the manufacturer and call them regarding what kind of stand the tank should be sitting on. some reefers but it down on a layer of insulation for eg

you need something that will crush underneath the weight of the tank allowing support all the way around.
i would try putting white styrofoam sheet underneath it, but even that is kinda jerry rigging it.
look for a stand or a sturdy wood table to use.
a stand is simple to build.

the blue styrofoam is better--water proof-won't smell after awhile
not plywood or pressed wood ect---can separate with water

Try and get hold of a big drum or rubbermaid and drain the whole tank bar an inch to cover the sand. Then all you have to do is pump or bail it back up

drain the tank half way--get two guys to quickly lift each end and slide a piece of blue styrofoam under it
You can trim it afterwards

I'd buy a stand. Having a tank collapse is not fun.

I wasn't trying to cop out but when it comes to drilling tanks, lifting and moving tanks you really are taking a chance
Recent eg--a reefer buddy of mine who is really experience at doing this--drilled 3 holes in a brand new 65 gal tank. the fourth hole broke the tank.
So its hard to answer a question like yours with yes no problem or go ahead
