new to the hobby, bought a nano cube and aqua jr, not sure best way to plug everything in, i have standard wall outlet with two spaces to plug everything in. also bought gfi adapter. was planning on putting gfi into wall outlet. plug a power strip into gfi adapter, plug dc8 into powerstrip. tank came with oceanpulse wave maker as well. is it ok to use it? cube has 3 lights led,pc 36wt, 150 hqi, two 50 wt heaters, wave maker that controls 2 powerheads, skimmer , 10 watt fuge light. any help would be great. thanks
I'd plug the DC8 directly into one socket on the outlet, and the power strip into the other outlet. The AC adapter for the AquaController would plug into the power strip.

thanks, should i use gfi adapter/s, i'm renting but i could switch outlet to gfi if it would be better. worried that gfi could trip and leave everything dead in the water. plan to mount dc8 and powerstrip inside jbj stand. if i used a gfi outlet and the top outlet tripped would the bottom outlet trip as well? will do whatever to keep the tank, controler, and house safe. thank you james
I personally think GFIs are a good idea for safety reason especially if you have pumps and heaters in your tank.
