Is this balanced CA and ALK?

Just confirm my water parameter then dose Kent two parts to maintain.
The CA is 420 ppm and ALK is 10dKH.

The recommeneded parameter is 420ppm with 7 dKH, Do I need to wait few days for ALK drops back?

Those levels are fine as is. The "balance" concept isn't very useful for these parameters, in my opinion.
