return pump not starting back up

i have a ocean runner 3500 and after doing a water change i tried to start it back up and it simply won't start. never happened before, not sure what to do....

Make sure it is clean. Take it apart and soak everything in distilled white vinegar for a couple of hours. Calcium builds up down in the bottom of the impeller area and creates a drag so it does not want to restart. This is common with most pumps in saltwater applications, some much worse than others namely Quiet Ones
