do amphipods eat copepods?

my HOB fuge used to be filled with copepods but now its void of them...only see a bunch of amphipods crawling around

i don't think so - mine co-exist with each other as well as isopods, ostracodes, and who knows what else. Creatures wax and wane depending on food sources, predation etc., there might be something else eating the copepods or maybe their numbers have shifted to another part of your system.
