Need small stealthy heater

Does anybody make a smaller sized heater that's easier to hide in the tank? And are those titanium ones still the best kind?

I had the same problem, some of the heaters are huge, I really liked the jagers but the 250 watt. is like 15'' long, holy crap! my sump is like 12'' wide. I use a ranco controller with 2 aqua medic heating elements, they are less than 12'' long.
