How much flow do you guys have in ya'lls tank?

I currently have approximately 1550 GPH which is just under 25X flow per gallon for me. It was suggested that i have at least this much to keep softies and possible a BTA. I have seen some with 50x to 100x flow depends on the setup. So far I have 2 Zoas, 1 Schroom rock, and 1 Yellow Toadstool.

i have always had issues with flow. you need to have enough so there are no standing pockets but at the same time, timall softies love being blown around all day and end up not blooming as much. every time i add a new coral i have to move it usually a few times before i get it in the right place.
