Lighting for Frag tank

I'm looking for some ideas on lighting for a 10g frag tank. I want to keep mostly SPS frags and some LPS. Can someone give me some ideas. 10g measures 20L x 10W x 12H.

i have a 150w sundpod witha 10k bulb to get the max par for growth.. dose get hot though but i have mine plumbed to a 5.5 gallon sumpso that water movement keeps the water temp from getting too high. prior to that i had 70 watt 10k sunpod and it was very good as well.. but 150 > 70
