I want to know how they did it. It looks great!

I'm planing on going the egg crate ziptie foam route. I'm thinking about a build thread but don't know if I'm up to it. I'll tag along here to see if any good Ideas pop up.

foam method here, Tigsy, had a great thread on eggcrate and zip tie,I deceiced to try it with out the eggcrate and zip tie, supprizingly enough the foam by its self is pretty stout add epoxy resin and sand should not have to worry about it falling apart

case in point these corner columbs I built to hide the returns weigh about 20 lbs a piece and I pick them up from the top rock hasn`t pulled apart yet (note the foam was worked into the rock well before allowing to set and these where all small pieces of marco rock 4 to 7in size)
Good Luck...

I used 1/2" pvc and it worked great.
