Okay. From what I found out. 7094/7095.... difference.....

drum roll......

Moonlighting... That is all? Is this accurate? If so, are the moonlights controllable? i.e. to phase with the moon?

It has a built in moonlight, it is a single 1w LED with lunar phase simulation.

It also has a new program- Interval 2, it idles one channel at 30% while pulsing the other. An Interval as short as 1 sec can be set, vs the old 1 min minimum. It is also far easier to use. On the old controller the socket selection was part of the programming and this has been elminated.

Man... I was going to get a 7094, and be happy, and get a cheapo moonlighting setup. Now, like usual... You make things hard for me. The one second intervals is a killer!

The 7094 is only the way to go if it is real cheap, they haven't been made in 4 years and no parts are available, if it goes out, it is unrepairable.

+1

Good thing I held off on the purchase of a 7094, it was cheap but "IRREPAIRABLE" is what got me!

Not knocking it. But for the difference, I normally see 7094s being sold for $150 etc. a nice moonlight that is programmable is $100... it's about the same price as 7095, plus you get all the newer stuff that goes with it..
