Hi there.

I measured my parameter yesterday which i hadnĀ“t done for some time.
Anyway............

alk was at 3.6-4 meq/l
Magnesium was at 1300 ppm
Calsium was at 340-360 ppm

i realise my calsium should be raised.
But could this be because i dose 2-3 teaspoons of baking soda per day along with my reef succes by red sea also 2-3 teaspoons?

Here's a reef chemistry calculator which should help. Please note that you should use the actual water volume and not the tank size.

go to bulkreefsupply.com they have a calculator to help you manage the balance as well as bulk size 2 part dosing solution that is really good. i dose alk and calcium solution every day or so and kalk drip at night

Those parameters are fine as is, in my opinion. If you want a bit faster coral growth, moving the calcium up a bit might help.
