Hi Roger,

I just bought a Tunze Osmolator from Marine Depot, and straight out of the plastic wrapping, I believe that the person who assembled the parts have accidentally left out a plastic part.

I have looked for a picture of the osmolator and circled RED the part that I think I am missing.

It should be the small plastic panel that has threaded holes.

I have tried to assemble the Osmolator and am left with two small panels with no threads and thus cannot screw them together.

LMK if the picture is clear for you, and where can I go about to request this piece from tunze.

Thank you.

Hoang

There are no threads in that part, the threads are in the part that goes on the other side. I can send this piece but please double check that this is what you need. It sounds like you have the right pieces but they were not threaded.

Roger, you were right, the piece I need has no threads.

I just double checked.

I took a picture of it as well so there'd be no confusion.

As the moment, I only have ONE of this piece.
